Stephanie Schaffer leads the marketing team at Des-Case Corporation, creating demand for the global portfolio of solutions through lubrication best practices awareness. Working closely with the Company’s leadership team, she is a part of driving and communicating the corporate, branding and go-to-market strategies, as well as the customer experience. Stephanie also leads the company’s reliability services team, which helps customers identify opportunities for improvements to their industrial lubrication programs through training and professional consulting engagements. She joined Des-Case in 2010 as a product manager and was promoted to Director of Product Management in 2012, Director of Marketing in 2014 and VP of Marketing & Strategy in 2017.
Stephanie has experience in both B2B and B2C companies. Prior to Des-Case she served as Business Development and Marketing Manager for Tandel Systems – a supplier of engineering and technical recruiting services in the aerospace, defense and government sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with minors in marketing and management from the University of South Florida.
