Our intensive, 3-day educational course is an International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML)-based MLT I/ MLA I prep class, designed to give you the theory and practical tools you’ll need to transform your lubrication program. By using “how-to” guides, you’ll complete the course knowing why and how key changes should be implemented in your organization. Gain expert insights based on ICML MLT I/MLA I knowledge to bridge theory with real-world solutions on lubricant selection, application, and more. To ensure knowledge retention and prepare you for the International Council for Machinery Lubrication’s MLT I and MLA I certifications, training materials are provided to you.

This 3-day in-person training class will be held at Des-Case Headquarters in Nashville, TN, from May 12-14, 2026 with an optional ICML exam (exam fee not included) on Friday, May 15, 2026. You will be provided with our Practical Machinery Lubrication Manual as well as a Lubrication Elements Guide. Lunch and snack breaks are included.

This course also includes a Happy Hour on Wednesday afternoon with a plant tour and a chance to exchange some knowledge with our staff and instructors.
